I think Nice Tech is a potential sleeping giant Exotic. If the directors can value it at £1.5 million without so much as blinking by all accounts then I think we might get a very pleasant surprise if it starts to do the business. Lets not forget that this chap Littlejohns is a heavyweight by all accounts. I just cant believe he would have stepped back into an arena as competitive as this unless he was certain they have what it takes to get him out at the top again.Lets not forget that a successful game here or a sensible collaboration could be worth millions, and then what is the value. This is their jewel in the crown I think DYOR but it is a bold statement to have made in their accounts. My guess is that they must be confident and have backup evidence to support this value otherwise they wouldnt have been allowed to put it in.
