Looks like Brakspear shareholders not happy, so the directors are trying to push the deal through another way.


As I read it, only 50% majority now required, not 75%, which they (JTD & the Brakspear directors) already have 65% . Still going to vote against again, even though it now appears a done deal.
Very slim chances of a counter-bid, IMO.
