Boldbidder is saying that in your earlier post, YOU claimed ICTV had spent $100m, on the 'Broadband TV' partnership. He is not disputing ICTV spent $100m, developing the technology, but took issue with your claim that ICTV had pumped $100 into the JV with Yoomedia.
