Without wanting to put a dampner on it, 5-8m is the expected contribution, including asset sale and development contracts and income share over a few years. The asset sale may only be a couple of million or even £1, and the balance of the 5m will be earned over the next few years, and probably not evenly. For example the income share, as the channel gets greater prominence, will rise over time, and could be low, in the first year.
So it might only be a couple of million, or less, kicking off the 2006 figures. But certainly good news.
I'm still holding what I've got for now, rather than adding at the top of the spike!
