There will be an RNS due after the EGM to announce to the market the results of
it, that is normal and to be expected.
The companies year end is the end of Dec, it is possible that further news may
be announced so it can be included in the Chairmans Annual report for 2005.
Whist there's rumours flying around we will all have to wait for the EGM. The
market is very quiet in this Xmas week, but even so I would have expected
better buying volume at this SP level if any rumour had legs.
