An RNS materialises that doesn't really have any meat to it on the same day that AGAIN someone dumps a couple of million shares = two massive dumps in one week.
If the RNS wasn't released the SP would have dropped dramatically This is the second big dump in one week. Ask yourself this question why would someone dump so many shares if good news is mmmmmm just around the corner ?
