Re cmx - who knows - that is the problem with YOO at present, long or short - no real idea how trading is going - personally, as you know, Im long and hoping that the last few months have been cf+ - wondering if shares 'awarded' to Sinclair etc were due to some target being achieved - 95% loss of sp for example - why award them if you know company if f****ed and if you do try to sell it will trigger a potential sell off by the unhappy sholders -- cmx shares could be used to repay debt - why have vultures converted - why did BT Vision, NHS Interactive renew and extend contract - guess the point Im trying to make is NO ONE bar Sinclair and co know quite where YOO is headed, and I think they are actually playing things quite positively whatever that means based on previous 'claims'.

Would not be surprised one iota if they go bust next year or are trading in excess of 10/15p - either way, long or short and I guess neither of us is making or losing at present - could be a 6 month haul before the real position YOO are in becomes clear, at that point too late for either of us to close out quickly anyway - although I'm aiming to still be holding in 3-4 years plus.

As I said, I'm long, reasonably confident - find out over next few months!!
