In November 2004, Bristol Myers Squibb held a live forum in Melbourne which was shown live in four specific locations in Australia (Sydney, Perth, Adelaide, and Brisbane), as well as New York. The purpose of the meeting is to promote the use of further online forums with Bristol Myers Squibb.
World Television and Virtue Communications implemented a full technical solution (staging, video production, satellite and full technical project management requirements) that appropriately communicated the content of this forum from the Melbourne venue to the remote sites, as well as facilitating two-way communication between each site in real-time. The meeting had a web feel to it, thus reinforcing the use of internet based communications.
The production is worth AUS $96,000 and once again demonstrates the ability of the combined business entity of Virtue and World Television to supply the full range of production and corporate communication services to both new and current Australian clients.
Jon King, CEO World Television comments: ‘This is a further demonstration of how since Virtue’s merger with World Television we are now able to offer a more integrated and complete communications strategy to all our clients’.
