It could well be the case that "Brewin Dolphin" have set such a low estimate for (WTV) to achieve in the year ending 2005...just so that when (WTV) do eventually get around to giving us some actual figures for this period..

(WTV) can say that they have EXCEEDED brokers expectations.

We can then all pretend....to be surprised
