ENERGYi: Your DT extract is very interesting and reflects the position near my office where WMPY - causing considerable disruption to the local neighbourhood (obviously they're not a member of the "Considerate Contractor" initiative) - built tightly-squeezed three-storey town houses and timber-frame four-storey flats - covered in brick to look (at a first glance) like the real thing. These gardenless, production-line, family-unfriendly dwellings seem to have a very limited future life-span and the young first-time buyers who sign up to 100% mortgages to purchase them perhaps don't realise just how much debt they're getting themselves into to buy what is unlikely to be an appreciating asset. ...There may be trouble ahead
Setting my social conscience to one side though, WMPY is still a reasonable trading stock and a good dividend payer ...for now at least.
