Risk factor is what you make of it, short term the risks are higher, long term the risks come down some what. That is why i prefer long, though i will day trade certain stocks in certain sectors that has hit 2/3 new highs in as many months, but sell if they fall or do not move in a given time frame. So as i say, risk reward is what you make of it.
