WGG is nothing more than an overvalued property company and they have tried to paint a different picture by portraying themselves as an airport operator.
Property companies are valued on average at a 30% discount to NAV and WGG presently has a NAV of 366,000 yes a measly 366 grand so is worth a market cap of around 200k not the ridiculous 155 million it now has.
Even if you include say 100 million in profits from Liverpool at al and then take a tax charge and discount to NAV you can only achieve a Market Cap of 50 million making the shares worth 5p which is all "jam tomorrow".
Planestation will nver make an operating profit and the shares will never be re-rated its all a grand illusion.
Add to this the unaudited accounts and the company at the mercy of the banks who are entitled to call in their loans "on demand" and you could lose your entire investment.
You would think that excuse for a tipster Winnifrith would have learnt from his experience with ART that property companies trade at significant discount to NAV and not at a premium that he is trying to promote.
If Tom Winnifrith was a quoted stock he would be the best short on the market.
