The Company has today received notification from Foresight Technology VCT plc
("Foresight") that, following a disposal of 250,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.01p
each ("Ordinary Shares") on 21 December 2005 and 500,000 Ordinary Shares on 22
December 2005, Foresight now has a notifiable interest in 2,177,302 Ordinary
Shares in the Company representing approximately 4.50% of the issued ordinary
share capital.
