it seems strange that if zaleskii and dighero are so sure of their case against bakker why not fight it in courtand get allegro back asap. WHAT is strange why was the case on for two days only to get moved to 22 november, surely the polish judges can see what the allegro managers have done. and they should give it back.
bakker seems to be heading for a nice £35million payoff for four years conmanship.what a joke zaleskii is. they should tell him £5m-£10m and that is their final offer. ps they need to stress allegro is not his to sell it belongs to qxl shareholders. until stolen by him. and due to the antiquated law system qxl is still fighting the case in court.
