Why QXL will be the biggest multi-bagger of 2004...5 good reasons!

Interesting that the proposal was made by Poland, not by QXL. To me this indicates they are getting worried and are looking for a way out of doing 20 years hard labour in the Gulags. All the more reason to continue with the litigation IMHO.

At present though the proposal comes into the ‘you must be joking’ category (a bit like Gerry Robinson’s proposal for Rentokil) ie. they start with a ridiculous proposal in the hope that they might eventually get what they wanted in the first place. I think we should fight it out unless there is any evidence that Poland still operate in a ‘cash in brown paper bag’ environment (or alternatively unless a far more reasonable settlement can be reached).
