but seriously, while the win against fulham was what we had to achieve the result could easily have been different as they perhaps should have scored 2 more and van nistlerooy another 1 to make it 4-4 but at least no boring game though!........mind you nobody will mention the fulham goalie’s poor clearance yet if it had been barthez it would be headline news........so nobody is getting carried away and as has been said before by me on this thread the ‘real’ tests are against the other 5 teams who are in with a good chance of winning it.........starting with newcastle on wed and then l/pool on the 22nd of jan, both at old trafford........and being realistic we know our defence is still our biggest concern because scoring is not......let’s hope that owen is not available!..........and the good news about fergie possibly staying on for another year is that it opens the door for martin o’neill as his contract expires then and because he is a decent bloke he wouldn’t walk out on celtic

abix - whatever, but you are getting paranoid mate....i’m not rb5, muppet, souly or tom, dick and harry etc because i have more to my life than defending utd to the hilt on bb’s.........it’s called a young family and going out...........i’ve been quiet because of being in pub with friends and if i’d come back earlier to post after victory then i’d be criticised (dr agon springs to mind) for milking victory, which would not be the case but hey don’t believe word i say!!..........and of course all l/pool comments are nothing personal
