trouble with this business and you find it in all areas of business, is that the people who run the company are more interested in how long they can draw a salary than actually building the business.What they don't grasp is that by building the business they can earn more money....mind you the chairman here earns £98,000 pa.They ceo they employed 2 year ago(adrian merryman) was paid around £150,000 and when he failed they paid him severance of over £160,000.
The directors are a complete joke and I intend to tell them in no uncertain terms this fact when I attend the agm.
They sacked the joyce-loebl managing director....maybe he was trying too hard!
