you only see what you want to see, your time line starts at July 05, why don't you go back to Jan 04? How about the serious falls from the previous high?

There is a strong uptrend from July 06 up to now, but there is nothing to suggest that the uptrend will continue without at least a pull back.

The green line has no charting significance at present, but if the SP would suddenly and misteriously collapse is where one would draw the new resistance line.

To confirm the breakout the SP needs to go above the second horizontal red line, but currently the SP shows signs of turning down, well below the first meaningful resistance.
