I see Brum are tamely surrendering to the chavs, in contrast to the rearguard action they put up against us the other night, and i thought that other PL teams might just have started to figure the chavs out by now.
Agree that its a toughie today. The first goal is always important but never moreso than today. Bolton are a decent side and have had the luxury of an extra few days off. I just hope we can convert a few of the many chances that we usually spurn so cheaply. Perhaps today is the day that Roo's shots just go inside the post instead of wide. Against the Baggies i thought we were ok, though i have to say that we should have scored more than the three we got. We still just do not punish teams when we are in control of the game, and we are always likely to ship a silly one at the back.
Still, there is a bit of hype around the new arrival! By all accounts he would appear to be just what the Doctor ordered at the back. Nev Rio Vidic Heinz now thats a decent back four, add a decent strong young midfielder and away we go! We are not far away from being good again.
Great to see Ollie back the other night, a true pro and lets hope 2006 is his year! regards, Foz.
