WE CAN DO IT AGAIN !

Fifa hopes to announce in January that it has strengthened its anti-racism laws - to allow for clubs to be docked points or banned from competitions.
World football's governing body has up to now handed out relatively small fines to clubs whose fans have racially abused players from opposing teams.

Now Fifa president Sepp Blatter wants to step up the campaign to oust racism.

He said that "it will mean taking away points" and added it could also involve "suspensions or exclusion".



MMmmm so whats to stop away fans from getting racial and who takes the rap for that ??
