In a fit of "winter cleaning", ready for a brand new year, I've updated the table header. I've moved the charts off onto a separate page, linked from the table, to make the thread load quicker. If you'd rather have them back in the header, yell.
I've also sanity checked the links in the table, removed all the obsolete stuff, and added a couple of other relevant ones.
Slight exaggeration to say SG are all that's left, but JPM and Commerzbank have given up, GS are index only; TL also seem to have given up, as of last week - not sure whether they'll be back in the new year, or have given up the ghost completely.
