PC, VLE don't seem to be ones for trading updates so it may well be 3 months till the results for the next news.
The directors have committed substantial sums to buying VLE shares over the last couple of months (the price paid is a separate matter). You can't get more positive signals than that.
Even better, the director buying was just before the year end (and the closed period) - a further signal that trading for 2006 should be OK at worst. And/or that the directors feel there is value to be had from the NAV and cash pile against the m/cap.
On a £7.7m m/cap, with £6.9m of net tangible assets and £6.8m of cash plus businesses with £13m of annualised turnover, there "should" only be upside from here imo - other than in the short-term if the remaining ex-NMT shareholders are absolutely determined to give their shares away and accrue further losses.
