As careful reading of report intimates, there are significant caveats to VOG's prospects and they should not brushed aside by investors lured by the hope of making a 'killing'.
Even given that the reported amount of gas exists, is it easily recoverable (Ramco)? Whilst Vog relationship with Gazporm is reported to be good, that can change in a twinkle of an eye; this is evidenced by the current row between Gazprom and Ukraine, which is now developing into a major international confrontation. Gazprom has a stranglehold on VOG in terms of the price it pays for the gas and its monopoly on transporting same through its pipeline, should any dispute arise!
