New shares will have no bearing here. The value of the company in terms of growth will be borne out by the value of the resource. Yes minor dilution in the short term for the original holders but this always has to happen along the way to realise more personal wealth for us all - the fact is that the reserves at West Med could come in at way over £1.5b if D&M are anything to go buy.
The directors buying after and outside the placing are not buying for a few pennies. There is potentially very serious money to be made in this particular company.
