With it being 2 and a half times over subscribed, this will suggest that there was a market for a further 25 million shares being sought. Institutions and others who didn't get what they wanted/unsuccessful will have to buy in the ordinary market if they want the potential that West Med and Kemerkol could prove up.
There should be further news shortly from Kemerkol progress.
Smith International are a world class major drilling outit. Kemerkol is not entrusted to a local Kazak outfit ( like Tamdykol with NEK).
Likewise ATLAS (I believe are a division of Baker Hughes) another world international drilling major are to drill West Med.
No short cuts being taken with potentially two major fields.
