The Company was notified on 20 January 2005 that L-R Global Partners L.P. holds
6,900,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 9.79% of the total issued
share capital and L-R Global Fund Ltd holds 4,495,000 ordinary shares in the
Company, representing 6.38% interest in the Company.
