I am sick of hearing all this about the share price drifting down to 79p. Stop deramping. I would love it to , if only so I could buy more, but I can't see it happening, at least not because of share dilution.
There are currently 81,925,314 shares, currently valued at 97.5p and there will be another 16,385,063 shares issued at 78p giving a total capitalisation of (81,925,314 * 97.5p) + (16,385,063 * 78p) which equals £92,657,530.29,
and no. of shares is (81,925,314 + 16,385,063) = 98,310,377
Therefore the £92,657,530.29 / (98,310,377) = 94.25p per share.
