As you rightly suggested why don't you call the FSA for an investigation and lets see who did the trades before and after the market close on thursday and friday. Thats if the FSA have time for prats like you.
Its nothing new to have large trades at the start and close of business in most stocks. Dream on if you believe you will eradicate insider dealing from the stock market, it is almost nigh impossible to prove at the best of times and greed will always prevail for some.
I saw an artcle just past midnight on thursday from the Independent someone posted here, so does that make it insider info. Best you report it on Monday to the FSA, they'll be waiting for your call!
I really understand it must be very painful for both of you to have bought at 150p and now see it at 99p, if you sell now you might be able to buy a McDonalds special meal for that. But you will have to hurry!
