If the gas is there talha, VOG will get it's money.
It appears too big a play, for any institution to simply turn it's back on.
A lot of the fall in share price seems to be down to press coverage, not directly to do with the company itself.
I'm currently looking at the FT of 19 November, not long after the "good news" broke.
Two articles:
The first - "Victoria still rising on Siberia claim."
And below - "When Gazprom is Mr Foo's only potential buyer."
The press, from where I'm sitting, for some reason do not appear to want Victoria to succeed, or at least, not yet.
But, of course, if the gas is there, it will.
