1. company canvassing institutions and hope to make an announcement within the next week or 2. reception from institutions is positive

2.Daily mail article was unfortunate but VOG certainly would not be insolvent if

money were not to be raised which is highly unlikely(his words)

,he also said the article would not have been noticed had it been any other

time,I think he was implying that article deliberately linked to placing efforts







3. the company is entering a time of high capex funding for its exciting projects



he did say hopefully there will be further good news reg West MED


also he did use the words ;well before christmas> in ref to placing news



also it will be an institutional placing


i am surprised that he is still at the office at 645 pm
