the point isnt so much '7 weeks' or whatever...its the rns of 1/12/05 and the unyielding committment to drill for OIL...not for the gas 'find'...

u dont need the D Mail to appreciate the difficulty...

institutions r being asked to support the OIL drilling and have an initial 'gas find' as sweetner...

it aint easy for VOG to get the message through that institutions should pay up...after all, there is plenty of gas already discovered in the area so Russia isnt exactly begging to buy new supplies...
