Looking at this from a purely logical situation I think what we have here is a classic.
If what Indian3 reports is true then he is a hero in that he bought this to everyones attention so promptly and the Board of VOG will have serious questions to answer.
However, if it is not true then I think it is likely that it would not be unreasonable to report this incident to both the Daily Mail, ADVFN and the Financial Services Authority for possible market abuse.
As we have seen this week, the Courts and the FSA are quick to stamp on misinformation - City Slickers will pay the price of market manipulation.
Tick tock - not long to wait for the papers to hit the street.
