:VODAFONE: Traders Thread, Long or Short!

Long vod as this is my strategey ; to pick FTSE 100 companies that are in the dog house, don't have the bottle to go short though respect those who make money out of it. What I have noticed in the last year is that these companies with negative sentiment seem to stay in the dog house longer, it used to be about month and now it is vitually a quarter, some of the others I have followed being RBS, CNE, MAN & BSY. They all come good (as I am sure VOD will) but it is taking longer than it used to. Reason's for this, genuine concern or gready MM's who are filling their boots for longer, my money is on the latter!
