I would guess he is concerned over the dollar dropping. It should not effect the coming 6 months, as that is all in the past where the dollar rate was better, however in around 6 months time its going to start having an effect on figures.

I would guess therefore he wanted to sell now, still report good news, before the potential for some not so exciting figures come out later this year. He will be seen then not to have sold just before bad news.

Vislink has a heavy weighting on the dollar, so the recent drops will have some effect on those figures down the line IMO.
