It seems to me that there is something odd about the timing of the CEO's share disposal. He is a clever man. Why would he sell such a large amount now unless he is sure he will get a better price today than in four weeks time. A trading update is due towards the end of the month prior to the start of the close period (the 60 days prior to the date of the next Prelim announcement on 29 March). If the update is bearish then he did right to sell now. If the update is bullish then the sp would rise and he would have got a better selling price by selling asap after the report and just before the beginning of the close period. I suppose he may have had other reasons to sell but IMO the timing is likely to make some people suspicious (including me).
