im not sure but doesnt the rns cover 2 transactions
ie: he has exercised a share option granted to him for 650,000 shares
but he also sold the same amount but these were shares he already had bought earlier in the year
so now he still has the same amount of shares prior to his buy and sell transaction but the difference is he made a stinking profit on selling the shares he bought earlier in the year and then bought same amount back cheaper
is that right or has he just sold the ones granted to him the other day
either way the rns is not that clear to me
