Nah, nobody cares about day to day dollar movements, only longer-term trends. More likely to be a few small panic sells on an illiquid trading day following Scott-Gall's disposal (look at the timing of the main drop).
VLK will probably issue a trading statement in the next 3 weeks or so judging from last year. There's no way Scott-Gall would have the gall (ho ho) to place out a load of shares and then follow it up with a poor statement immediately thereafter. VLK would take a long time to regain credibility...
IMO Scott-Gall has used an opportunity where there is institutional demand pre-results to top-slice. I'm even more strongly of the belief now that there will be a very positive trading statement.
