"The larger telcos are now showing a sustained interest in the sector. Both BT and NTL Broadcast deliver a technical service from the outside broadcast through satellite conectivity to the Internet. Both are rumoured to be looking to form partnerships from within the webcasting community."

With VTB leading the way in Europe any such activity would certainly include them in calculations.

Though I don't act on share whispers in newspapers, there is a valid argument to support this possibility.
