Victoria Oil & Gas: Fundamentals & Valuation Summary

There are 4 main problems for short term trading long.
1. The second Bond is very likely to drop and entail another chunk of hedging.
2. The loan overhangs the stock from Jan 1st and would entail massive dumping as/when it is drawndown.
3. Institutional selling as per rns. May well not be complete.
4. Massive dilution from Bond and Hedge.

The short term problems are bad enough but underlying the entire stock seems to be a basic loss of confidence in the management to deliver and the estimates they seem to quote at every opportunity but which seem to be taken with a pinch of salt.They have even failed to build low level production which would underpin the sp a fraction and at least provide confidence that the company could survive in some form into the future.

The company may at some point achieve something that desrves investment. But the question is, from what sp level.
If you look at it coldly, it could fall to sub 30p fairly easily.
So far the fall has been slow and steady, we have not yet seen the 10%, 20%, 30% daily falls that happen when confidence completely evaporates and a share capitulates. People are still pointing to the "estimate" as if its more than just informed guesswork. When that last vestige goes, so will the price.
