As you can see 01/02 was a particulary slow period and 00/01 and 05/06 particularly good periods. Unless we've entered a slow period, then we should expect at least one announcement in Jan/Feb. There's no indication that business is slow, in fact the opposite seems true with the company hiring developers and other software firms announcing good results. Note that I'm only covering the period Nov-Feb and there are plenty of annoucements at other times.
