VEGA Group PLC consolidates its position in the European Space market
Proposed acquisition of Anite Systems GmbH

"The consideration for the acquisition will be satisfied as to £2.8 million
through a vendor placing of 1,848,938 new ordinary shares and £4.7 million in
cash. The cash consideration, together with expenses related to the transaction,
will be funded from a new £5 million term facility and existing bank facilities."
