Come on, "trading statement's bullish comments factored in already"? I don't think so.
If Urbium's performance is in line with expectations it'll produce eps to 12/02 of 1.18p for a PE ratio of 3.6 at the current 4.25p (offer)! To 12/03 the PER falls to 2.75. I don't know what the sector average is, but it's a sight higher than that for sure.
Those figures came from Old Mutual's September note in which it rated URM a "Strong Buy" - @ 9.25p!!
So a strong buy at more than double the current price if it merely performs in line with expectations! And a 'bullish' trading statement would suggest it should do even better than that.
PS For those who use them, earnings growth to 03 is 30% giving a PEG of 0.2.
For those who don't, the PEG is being increasingly used by fundamentalists, and the lower the figure the better.
