The profits MUST be good. Greatly encouraged by visit & look forward to trying the restaurant out in January when hopefully from a customers point of view it is a little less frantic.

If URM can contorl temptation to expand too quickly & consolidate they will create tremendous cash flow and at these prices become a number 1 takeover target for the big players. They appear to be a unique player in this market as far as I can see.
