Uranium stocks continued their strong run as the spot price soared to $72 a pound, up from $63 last month and double its price at the start of the year. Uranium Resources rose 4.5 per cent to 3p, UraMin gained 9.9 per cent to 138½p and UrAsia Energy firmed 6 per cent to 221½p.
