Hi, you mentioned in post 841 "what happened to the £10m" there never was £10m,
below is taken from prospectus.........Document lodged prior to February 2005 listing
Share capital At 31st January 2005 £10,000,000 sub-divided into.................
URA Authorised share capital 10,000,000,000 Ordinary shares of £0.001p each
of which 100,000,000 were issued and fully paid = £100,000
On 15th February 2005 a further 105,000,000 shares were issued @ 1p per share raising net £975,000
giving estimated net proceeds of the placing and existing cash of £1,075,000 at 15 Jan 2005
total shares in issue at 15th Jan 2005 was 205,000,000
