I think the important announcement you were referring to is likely to be a resource update. They think they have over 150 million lbs in the ground at Trekkopje alone, never mind all the other projects. In three years or so we could have as many as three projects all producing a similar amount of uranium. SXR (TSX) has a combined total of 299.5m lbs of uranium and a market cap of £886,659m and will start production in 2007 whilst UMN may well have greater resources but a market cap of £273,502m but with a longer lead time to production. I missed my chance to buy SXR before the cigar lake problem but now have a good number of these which, IMHO, are still cheap by comparison.
