My source is conected to a publisher who evaluated OD.
As reenforced by the article above, publishers are eager for a GTA contender but equally wary because an average quality me too product won't be enough to build a franchaise.
OD could therefore still prove to be a relatively successful title - but not a GTA contender which the orginal (larger) publisher was looking for.

20% compound growth for 4 years...
consolidation in the marketplace...
