United Utilities a New Year.

SCRIB.This borrowing seems to go in cycles and seems to have no direct relationship to the Share price so it would be interesting to know exactly what the reason is......meanwhile what is it that SVT has got that UU. doesn't? The so called take-over effect is not making much impression on UU. or is that the price might be lower without these rumours?
PS. I read an interesting comment in the Daily Mail where they reckoned that it would be possible to buy UU. on debt funded by simply paying no dividend!.......so what's holding you back!
