what's up art-ers? i'm an old holder, long since waved goodbye to my original investment at 19p or so! so at least it won't be hard to average down! have kept half an eye over the years and seems to me that, for the first time in years, it's on the right track and there are no more serious obstacles to progress. i see no real reason for it to be rated at 5 when the sector average looks more like 8, or 11 for the darling - persimmon. it must be attactive to the likes of them at this price with the tnav where it is. may just be too small to bother with.
but it may take a while to remove the "wouldn't touch them with a barge pole" mind set in the city. it burnt a lot of fingers in the past. and the 13% spread alone is reason enough for most not to touch it with said pole, before they've even thought about the merits of the company. when that spread narrows, i might come back and risk those fingers again!
