Well, there is NOTHING to stop the PCT negotiating their own pricing structure. If Ultrasis wanted they could package Beating the Blues with, say relief series and then price it totally differently "outside of the framework agreement" afterall whats the point in having sales people employed by Ultrasis earning a nice wage if they cannot do deals OUTSIDE of the agreement.

Wouldnt be sales now, would it?
